Real Estate Cloud keeps track of all of your correspondence between agents and clients.

No action required! You can keep using your Outlook, Blackberry, iPhone, or Gmail web interface. Real Estate Cloud does all the work for you.
Email right from the system. When you are logged in you can send your clients messages right from the system. Don’t worry, the same message will arrive on your desktop as well.
Log calls. Never forget any conversation! Simply click “Log a call” to make a memo.
Keep your clients. When the same client fills out another form on the website, the correspondence will get attached to the same agent. No confusion.
Notes. Attach personal notes to any conversation.
All Lead correspondence is time stamped for reporting.
